H1 visa stamping from Canada, Mexico, or anywhere near US

Hi,
I am travelling to India in December for a marriage for just 3 days. Although, my petition is approved till 2017, my current visa is stamped till October 2014.
I will not have time to get the visa stamped in India. Please suggest a location near USA, where I can get the visa stamped before my travel to India.
Please also let me know the complexity involved.
