Cap-exemption validity

Hello Raghvi,

My H1b petition was approved 2007 - 2009 SEP, H1b Visa stamped in 2008 OCT and stayed in US and had I-94 till 2009 SEP.

Want to know the eligibility to apply H1B now under cap exemption. (Do i fall into Remainder Option)

If you had valid pay stub till Sep 2009 then another employer can potentially file for the remainder option as cap exempt till 6 Year from then that is till Sep 2015.
