Documents required for H1B Stamping

I am working in US on L1-B visa,but I have applied for H1-B through some other company and I got the approved H1-B.which is effective from oct 2005

Now I am planning to go back to India and get my H1-B stamped,and work for new employer. I got the interview date from chennai consulate

Can U please let me know what are the documents that I have to take to the consulate for stamping.

Is it mandatory to show the payslips ?

As I havent started working for the new employer who has sponsered H1-B for me so I don't have the pay slips from them.

any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Though you have already been working in the US, this stamping will be like a fresh stamping. Apart from the usual documents you have to give supplemental documents for already having worked in the US. Was your change of status petition (L1 to H1B) filed along with the H1B petition?
