I have a few questions about H1 transfer. I was recently let go by my current company. I wanted to know how much time I have in order to search for and get a new job. How long does it take for H1 to be transferred from one employer to another. I had read online that there is a one month grace period to search for and get a new job from the time I loose a job. Is that correct?
