Currently my wife is working and she is going for H4 stamping in 2 days Does she needs to take no objection certificate from employer ???

Currently my wife is working and she is going for H4 stamping in 2 days Does she needs to take no objection certificate from employer ???

Not required unless she is working for a Govt/Defence office.

As for private job, sf asked, she can always say that she will apply for leave after securing the visa.
