Expired H1B petition

I had an H1 B petition from my previous employer which was valid from 2007 until 2010.
Is this petition of any further use? I never had the visa stamped.

It is valid for only 6 yrs from approved so till 2013 only,but still try contacting good attorney he might be able to help
