H1B Stamped but not traveled to USA

Hi Friends, I got my H1B stamped in Chennai in April 2014. My visa is valid up to 31st March, 2015. My employer does not have any assignments in US, so I could not travel to US till date. I have got new job offer in India. Can you friends please clarify one of my doubts: Will my Visa be valid if change my employer? If yes then Do I need to go for stamping again?

You dont need to go for stamping again, but the employer would have to file their own cap exempt H1 petition, and get it approved by USCIS, before they can send you to US.
