H1-B Cap Exampted

Dear Experts,

I had my H1-B in 2007 and never used it, the reason being I had got L1-A in between so H1-B got cancelled. I worked in US for 2 years on my L1-A. Can I avail H1-B cap exempted facility

I dont think so. 2007 was over 6 Years back. A petition needs to be filed or used within last 6 Years in order to be cap exempt.
