Hi All!
It will be of a great help if someone can let me know on the following query. My husband applied for H1b in 2008 and got the EAC number in 2008. Because of the slowdown he didn't get to go for visa interview. I heard that petition is valid till this Oct and I can go for the same. If its so can I get further details with my EAC number if the old employer is not sending me I-797B. Please do let me know any thoughts on the same at the earliest. Sorry if this is a repetitive thread please do point me to the thread which has more details on the same.
