My Peition also got picked up in 2015 quota.
Can you please suggest me how to apply for H4 dependent visa?

Dont see any issue. She can say she will quit or take leave once H4 is approved.

I am working with an MNC in India(Typical) , My H1B got selected in this 2015 Quota and Now i have to Go for an Interview.

I am Married and have applied for H4 Also at same time.

My Wife is working with Another MNC.

She hasn't Resigned the Job yet(She Plans to do the same once the H4 is Stamped), Will it impact the application for H1 and H4?

What shall she say when the Visa Officer Ask her Current work Status? We have Mentioned Truth as it is in her DS 160.
