Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the US with an F-1 status (Post-OPT) expires 07/2015. I'd like to continue pursuing my education in Fall 2015 by applying for an MBA program at a U.S. University. However, my company would like to sponsor and apply H1B Visa for me.
The thing I worry about is that what if the USCIS random selection process fails to pick me, am I still okay to attend school here?
From what I understand is that because I'm currently in the US with an F1 status, I'm just apply for a new I-20, and it doesn't affect my company to apply for an H1B visa for me. Even when the system is failed to pick me, I still be able to attend school here. Please correct if I'm wrong. Thank you.
