H1b Transfer Query

Hello ,

My H1B was issued in Company A on November 2007 and got expired in may 2010.
I have travelled to US on H1b for 3 months in 2008.
Now I am working for Company B. Can I apply under cap exempt limit to get h1B transferred to another company?

As far as I understand either ones petition should have been approved within last 6 Years or one would have been in H1 status in last 6 Years. I dont think you qualify for either category as your H1 petition was approved 2007 (over 6 Years back) and you were on H1 in June 2008 (over 6 Years back).

Nonetheless would suggest you talk to a reputed attorney for the same.
