H1b - Current Employer

Hi,

I worked in Company A upto May 2005.Now iam not working anywhere.And I got offer letter for H1.Now my H1 is approved and waiting for the papers.

My question is what should I put my current company.Shall i Put my current company as company A which is my recent company and shall i carry pay slips till May 2005 or do i need to compulsary put that iam working presently in some company.

Hi,
If you do not have a job currently, you have to mention that you are not working. But it will always create a good impression with the Visa Officer, if you can show a present work experience in the relevant field.
