Hi,
I am filling DS-160 form for my fiance's H4 (we will be getting married in 3 months.)
The form asks for my H1B details. But here the problem is, I am changing my employer in next 2-weeks, that means my H1B details will change.
Question1:
What should I do in this case?
If I keep waiting till my new H1B, I am afraid I might run out of interview dates.
Question2:
Do I need to get new H1B stamped, before my wife goes for an interview?
I have heard a case in which H4 was rejected because husband didn't have new H1B stamped.
Please guide. Your help is deeply appreciated.
