Hi,
I am working for a small company (full time direct employee) and applied for H1B extension this may 2014. I got the first H1B visa from this company as well. We received RFE this August to prove In-house employment. We replied with all the asked documents. We also moved from normal processing to premium processing. Couple of days back my status went from Initial Review to RFE. So, I got the 2nd RFE on my case. My lawyer got the letter today and she mentioned that USCIS sent the same RFE letter again. Is anyone have the same experience? Anyone got the same RFE? I am not sure how we respond to this second RFE as they are asking the same documents?
Any response would be really appreciated.
