Multiple US visas B1 and L2

Hi,

My wife has B1 visa stamped for 10 years. Now she is applying for L2 visa. I have two questions:

1. Will her B1 visa will get cancelled ?

2. If her B1 visa does not get cancelled then she will have both B1 and L2 visa on her possport. Will she able to come to US on B1 without affecting her L2 visa.
