My H1B Visa was initiated by Company X for client A in 2013. After visa stamping I moved to different client and my company X filed my Visa Amendment in April 2014. Then I got RFE on 29th July, now I am in process to resppond the RFE. In the meanwhile I got new offer from Company Y and they are asking for my H1 document for Visa Transfer. So wanted to know whether Company Y can apply for Visa transfer while the Visa Amendment for company X is still in progress.
