Hi,
I left my company here in US and my company did not give me any relieving letter or Exp letter. Company said that to get these letters i will have to resign from India. So at that time i did not really care about it. But now for the required visa Revalidation docs, these 2 docs are also mentioned. I have the pay slips for the whole perioid i was working with them. Can anyone tell me if they faced the same situation and still went for the visa intw and got their Visa. I would appreciate a reply for my question.
Also will it be ok to go to Canada for revalidation. My visa is expiring next year July. I am travelling to India this december, but i am thinking of not taking the risk of going to consulate right now. Thinking of coming back on the previous visa and later next year get it stamped from Canada.
My wife is on H4 and her visa expires November 2006.
PLease advice if this approach is correct.
Regards,
Aminder..
