Modifying DS-160 BEFORE scheduling visa interview

I have submitted my DS-160 form but I'm yet to schedule my visa interview. I found out a minor mistake in the existing DS-160 and I need to correct it. Is it ok to create a new DS-160 using "Start Application" option and update it in my us travel docs page? or is there any restrictions on number of DS-160 form that I can create?

Actually, my monthly salary is 51K, By mistake, I put it as 52K. I'm even thinking if I should just leave it. Because, I will be carrying my payslip with me.
