I would like to have your serious contributions please and help me out!
I recently received reckless driving ticket for driving a car at 93 on 70 limit way in Kentucky.
I wasn't arrested/ charged/asked for finger prints. I was given an option to pay online (as i in kansas) or visit court next month.
I am not sure if there any similar posts, I have following questions for you. Please suggest/express your opinions.
I) I am on f1 visa, will it affect during H1 filing next year or GC coming years?
2) does reckless driving show up in my records at point of entry? I am I good enough to re enter?
3) shall i hire an attorney and fight the case at the court next month? Is it worth giving a try?
4) if I pay the amount, I am done. But if I visit court next month, will they charge for a jail/ license suspension??
