As of today, My wife has H1b petition approved and no visa. And the company which has filed her H1B petition is in no hurry for her visa stamping ( and thus sending her to USA).
My question/doubt : Can she go with me on H4 (I am going to USA on H1B visa) to USA ?
One more question : If her employer wants, can they send her for H1B visa stamping in USA only (or otherwise Canada or Mexico, as they are outside to USA). Is it possible/legal/practical ?
Additional info : We are in India, and never been to USA before. We have a girl kid of 2+ age
