Coming back to US while H1 transfer is filed

Hi All,

I have a H1 visa and I-94 till 2016 for Company A. I am planning to go back to india for couple of weeks on vacation. In between, I have been offered a position in company B and they want to file H1 transfer asap.

My question is if I go ahead with the transfer while I'm in India on vacation, then can I come back even though H1 transfer is in process? Or Should I wait and comeback and file for transfer?
