Employer A: I came to USA through this employer on June-07-2014 and worked for this employer until Sep-05-2014.
In order to switch from employer A, I filed two H1B transfers. One to Employer B and another to Employer C.
Employer B: My H1B transfer was filed under Premium Processing on Sep-09-2014 and there was an RFE and the RFE response was submitted on September-30-2014 and it is now in review. So, the H1B is not yet approved but I'm currently working at the client location (for which the H1B was filed) starting from Sep-09-2014 since I got the receipt number.
Employer C: My H1B transfer was filed under Premium Processing on Sep-13-2014 and was approved on Oct-01-2014.
Since I'm now working for Employer B, if the H1B transfer with Employer B gets rejected, will I be able to go work for Employer C (because Employer C's H1B is approved) ? If not, what are my options ? Will I be able to go and work for Employer A ?
