I transferred my H1 into new employer from the old employer on the basis of I-140 three years extension and My employer recently filed my labour. I am working as contract basis under my employer. My H1 going to expire first week of March 2016 . Now I got a full time offer from other company. My new company said that they would file my GC after three months if start on December ,2015.
Can I transfer my H1 to the new company from i get full time offer?
Is there any risks involved since my H1 going to expire on Mar first week, 2016?
Pls suggest me as to how to follow this one..
