I have scheduled an interview on Jan. 23rd 2006 to Toronto, Canada for my H1 visa stamping.
Below is a brief explanation of my background. Please evaluate and let me know your feedback.
I completed my Masters Degree in Electronics & Computer Technology in the U.S. in 2003.
My F1 visa expired sometime in the same year and I got my work permit visa in January of 2004.
I was working on OPT (Optional Practical Training) between the time I graduated and the time I got my H1 visa.
I have never been on bench from the time I graduated.
Since my student Visa expired 2 years back and I didn't do my H1 stamping quickly, will there be any issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
