Pending Perm and H1 Issues

I am a full time employee of my company here and they hold my H1 B visa and they applied my PERM which received a random audit(asked if my employer paid my Processing cost).employer/emoloyee responded and its in Audit review). How ever my company is going though a round of layoff . It has not impacted our group yet but never know in 6months to 2 years we are suspecting it to have an impact in our group. Few more details below and some question i want you to answer.

Current 6 year H1 : Valid till Nov 14th 2014
PERM Applied : Nov 10th 2013 ( Currently in Audit review phase)
H1 Extension Approved based on Perm applied : Vallid from Nov 15th 2014 to Nov 14th 2015.


My questions are
If my company goes though a layoff process at PERM stage- what are my options?

a)With approved perm in hand
b)rejected perm in hand
c) Pending perm in processing stage

if job goes well and Perm apporved, I will mmeditely apply for i-140 (Premium Processing ) with my company

b)rejected I140 in hand
c) Pending I140 in processing stage
