Question in DS 160 Form - has your visa cancelled / revoked ?

For me L1B Visa stamped in year 2008. However while leaving previous company L1B visa "cancelled without prejudice".


Now I got approved H1B petition in current company. While filling Ds 160 form there is question- has your visa cancelled or revoked ? (Yes/ No). I have selected as 'NO'. Is this ok?

You should answer YES and the reason would be CWOP.

Thanks for your reply on this... but I aleady selected as 'NO'. ll this be issue at the time of visa interview....

Well you should have asked the forum before or during filling the form. Whether it will affect or not depends upon the officer. If questioned mention it was an oversight on your part.
