I'm very likely to get a job offer working in communications in the United States in the next month (November). My potential employers are happy to sponsor me but I'm concerned that they don't appreciate the likely waiting times. I understand that there is no chance of getting an H1-B visa until mid-2015 at the earliest. The employer have said that they are happy to wait until March 2015 for me to begin work. Are there any other visa options that would allow me to begin work in this time frame?
