H1 Extension RFE

I got an RFE for my H1 Extension. I have to provide Employee-Employer relationship.

One of the point says "Documentary examples of work product created or product created or produced by the beneficiary for the past H-1B validity period"

Can anyone please help me by explaining what information should be provided in this. Please share a template or sample document if any available.

I don't think there is any predefined template. On plain English list out few of the deliverables you produced and get client management signature. Also am sure you would have done project specific documentation too, do submit those too.
