Hi,
One of my friends in India had received his H1-B papers from a US based company who offered him H1 sponsorship. He is going for his Visa stamping in February'2006 (Chennai). Looks like, my freind is the very first person going for stamping from this company. Here are the questions:
1. My friend did not receive his H1-B Approval Notice (I-797) and he has received only Receipt Notice (I-797C). Does one need to produce either Original approval notice or copy should be fine?
2. What are all the documents needed, as he is the first person going for stamping from this company?
Note: He has already visited US under B1 and L1 visas and stayed here in US for more than two years.
