H1B Cap Exemption

Hi All,

My H1B was from 10/01/2008 to 09/28/2011. I have travelled to US on 29th Aug 2009 and returned on 9th May 2010.
Can some one let me know if i'm eligible for H1B Cap exemption.

Yes till may 2016
