H1 petition expired

My H1 petition was filed on 10/01/2007 and the same was valid till 10/13/2009. I did not even go for stamping. Can I use the same now. If yes till what date I can use it.

Seems u belonged to the 2007 Cap so I dont think you are eligible. A cap is valid only for 6 Years from the year it was filed for.
