H4 & I 130 application of My Wife .

Hello Everyone ,

I am going to attend H1-B Interview on 25th Nov & 26th Nov . My dependent ( Wife & Son ) are also going to apply for H4 Visa .
Now thing is that My Sister in law is US Citizen and she has filed I 130 (Petition for relative ) in 2005 .

Will it conflict ? Is there any chances to reject the H1 & H4 Visa ?

Please help me as soon as possible as my interview is in next week.

Make sure it is declared in the DS-160 for your spouse. As for impact, I dont think it should have a negative impact.
