Hi
I am currently located in India and holding H1B stamped visa since January 2014, my visa is valid till Sept 2016. My wife is on an onsite assignment in US since Feb 2013 but I am unable to make it to USA due to lack of onsite opportunities hence, I want to join her on H4 and then look for some opportunity over there. I have following questions in this regard:
1. Can I simultaneously hold H4 along with H1B?
2. Will I be stripped off H1b in this process?
3. If no then, are there any complications involved if I attempt to join a new employer?
Please guide me as I am in requirement of desperate help to end this phase.
