I had H1-B visa and was in US from Feb 2010 to May 2011. My visa expired in Aug 2011. On my return from US I lost my petition document i.e. I-797.
Now I want to apply for visa extension. What will be the process to get the duplicate I-797 document and apply for extension of visa?
