H1 visa Reentry to USA

Hello,

I worked in USA for 1.5 years on H1B. Then I came back to my home country and living here since 2011. Now I want to back to USA, Is it possible to transfer my H1B although the visa expired in 2013. Or do in need to go through the whole process of quota once again to gain reentry to USA on H1B visa?

Hello, Santu.

You should be able to use your old H1B as a cap-exempt. You need to find a new employer/sponsor.
