H1b Transfer and Visa stamping questions

Currently employed with company A and have I797 approval notice. Company B is starting to file for H1b transfer. My question is if I go to my home country right now and try to get a visa stamp, using company A's I797, will it be ok? Will there be issue when I try to enter the US?

Its not advisable to mix travel with change of employer as upon return your I-94 changes.

With which employer are you planning to work immediately after return?
If B filing in premium or normal processing?

Thank you for your advice. I'm planning to continue working for employer A for about 2 weeks then start working for B. I believe B is filing premium processing.

I would advise that B's petition be filed after you travel back into US.
