Hello all,
I was on H4 from June 2012 to Dec 2013 and started working on H1 in Dec 2013 till date (Dec 2014).
My education is from India and I have 4 yrs experience from India. I worked in US on L1 in 2011 for 11 months.
Total exp in US - 1 yr 11 months. India exp - 4 years.
My husband moved from US to Canada and I am planning to visit him, but i need H1 stamping in order to reenter US. I got some information that first time H1 stamping may be denied in Canada if education and/or work experience is not from US.
Can some one please elaborate on this and if my 2 yrs work experience in US will help getting stamping. Or is it mandatory to go to home country for stamping.
