H1b petition validity if i resign and rejoin in the current company back
Hi,
My current company filed h1b petition and it got approved during June 2014. Due to some technical reason, we were not able to go for stamping. Since currently we do not have client oppertunities, we are not going for h1b stamping. My question is now, if I resign this company(Say Company A) and join in another company(Company B) for some time being, If some opertunity knocks again to Company A, I want to join again in Company A. I this case how my H1b petition validity will be? I heard if we resign the current company, the petition also will be void, but i dont know if I join same company A again after some period, what could be the h1b petition status?
