H1B Transfer in India (Having Non Travel Petition)

Hi,

I have received a H1B petition in 2014. I have not used the petition yet and didn't travel to US. Petition is valid till 2017.

I would like to know if I join new company in India who is willing to transfer my H1B petition then will my current company will have the authority to block the petition transfer or make the petition void/invalid?
