H1b withdrawal cancellation

I've worked as an H1b employee for 2 years. Then I had to leave US due to family emergency.
Right after I left US I had my H1b withdrawn by the company.
Now, Company wants to hire me back. Do I have to go through the whole h1b process (including lottery) again?
Or can I just renew it?

I currently hold B1/B2 visa that I haven't used, but I can legally come to US.

I worked from June 2011 - Dec 30th, 2013 (Date of h1b withdrawal)
I worked June 2011 to October 2011 using my OPT, and then I received H1-b in October 2011.
