holding two I-94.. are they both valid?

Hi,

I came to US on H1B and got an I-94 in 2013 at port of entry valid till dec 16 2015. Now I changed my employer (h1b tranfer) and received another I-94 till dec 31 2015. Question - is my old I-94 (dec 16th one) still valid? Can it be used for purposes like renewing drivers license etc?
