I needs some information.
I am currently holding F2 Visa and my husband is on F1-OPT (expires in June' 2015).
He will be filing for H1B on April' 2015.
My question is: is it safe for me to travel to my home country on January' 2015 and return on March 15th 2015! Will it be ok to travel back without any issues? Or even if I return in April 1st week?
