Reissuing of H1B by old company

Hi,

I currently work for Company A on H1B, and have an approved H1B petition with Company B. Due to some reasons, I cannot shift to Company B, and have thus decided to stay with Company A. Recently, my current company (company A) has undergone some changes (like company name) due to which they will have to reissue my H1B with INS.

My question is: Is it possible for Company A to find out that I have an approved petition with Company B? And will it cause Company A to cancel my H1B with them?

In general cases, I know that Company A will not come to know that I have an approved petition with Company B.

But in this case where company A has to reissue my H1B with INS due to name change, will they by any chance get to know that I have an approved petition with company B?

Can anyone please confirm this?? It is very important and a few decisions will be based on the answers here.
