How to reactivate partially used H1B visa outside US

Hi Immihelp team,

I am currently in India. I was in US on H1B from 17th Dec 2007 - 31st Dec 2008 for company A. H1B was approved only in the year 2007 and first 3 year period was valid till Sep 2010. After I returned I was working for the same company till 2013. Last year I changed my employer in India.

I heard from somewhere that I can reactivate my H1B for remaining approx. 5 years. In order to get it activated what I need to do? Please suggest.
