H1-B re-stamping for getting H4 visa?
Hii friends,
I was working with company 'A' who sponsored my H1-B visa in 2013.(Validity 2013 to 2016). I have done stamping in my last India trip.
4 months back I switched to different employer 'B' who transferred my H1-B. I will be getting married soon and my wife will be coming on H4 dependent visa.
She will need all my visa & employer related paperwork during the visa. It will appear that my visa is sponsored by 'A' but rest of the docs will be of 'B'.
So, for her to get H4 visa, do I need to go for my H1B visa stamping again? Or is it usual scenario and its okay to have different employer from one on H1B Visa?
