H1-B Extension

Hi,

I want some guidance regarding my H1-B extention. I visited USA on L1-B twice (on same application) but there was a gap of more than 1 year between these visits. And then I travelled on H1-B visa starting FEB 2011.

Will both of my stay while staying on L1 visa calculated as part of 6 years? even if there is a gap of more than a year between them.

Please share your experience?

Maybe may be not.

Dates of L1 and H1 travel,entry and exit, as well as dates of filing L1 and H1 petitions would help in determining the same.
