Hi everyone,
I am currently on H1B visa working in the US. I am going back to Vietnam to get married this coming March. However, I will leave 5 days after the marriage because I could not take any more days off from the work here. So I won't accompany my wife for her H4 visa interview. I skim through the documents for H4 visa and see that my wife need my original I129, I797, LCA. Is this a strict rule ? May I just make certified copies of these documents here in the US ? How do u think ? Thank you so much in advance.
