I am filling H4 extension and have question regarding I-539.
"Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States SINCE LAST ADMITTED or granted an extension or change of status?" Yes or No?
In 2011 & 2012 company's attorney mention Yes and filled OPT info.
This time scenario is different as I last admitted in USA: 2013 on H4 visa.(No Work)
But still confuse regarding Yes or No as this time I am filling by self.
Any suggestion, confused regarding last admitted?

2008 - 2010: F-1
2010 - 2011: OPT (Work)
2011 - 2012: H4 (COS in 2011 from F-1 to H4)
2012 Spouse change job. New employer filled H1b & H4 together
2013: Visited India for stamping H1b & H4
2014 Spouse change job. Not fill H4 extension as its valid 2015.
