Hello.. I am currently holding H1B Visa with my current employer and i have an approved petition with my new employer. I have an urgent travel plan outside US. Can i travel back to US with 2 approved Petition? My stamped H1B Visa is valid till Aug 2016. What questions may arise in Immigiration and what is the best answer to provide.
